When you need to talk to a technical expert, call ntsg for fast, efficient assistance with any IT issues. In the vast majority of cases your IT problems/queries can be resolved over the phone or online or can be escalated to onsite services where necessary.



Support Agreements
ntsg’s Support Agreements are a cost effective solution to maintaining, servicing and securing your integrated IT environment.

ntsg’s flexible & customised Support Agreements are available to our clients usually after the first warranty year of purchasing hardware and network services from us. The Support Agreements include on-demand troubleshooting or pre-scheduled maintenance plus extensive phone support.

Pre paid Support Agreements provide clients with:
  • Priority response
  • Discounted rates
  • Reduced administration
  • Unlimited technical phone support
  • Parts and labour costs for repairs/services
  • Travel costs (if a query necessitates a site visit)
  • Hardware replacement during offsite repair (where feasible)
